Work to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to increase program awareness and company revenue. Must have knowledge in marketing, sales, and promotion with a creative mindset and skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing material based on the company vision and goals.
  
• Identify potential markets
  
• Prepare and manage a marketing plan to promote company and its programs
  
• Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns/events
  
• Attend marketing conferences and seminars as required
  
• Foster and manage positive customer relationships
  
• Negotiate advertising contracts
  

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  
• Experience in sales, marketing, advertising
  
• Excellent communication skills in written and oral communication both Nepali and English and others
  
• Strong management/organizational skills.
  
• Two wheeler (bike or scooter)
