• Grow business through strategic customer business planning, utilizing retail, promotional programs, display, distribution, insights, and shopper marketing to provide differentiation
• Business reviews to define progress against objectives, outline opportunities, define issues, sell-in tactical objectives; innovation, promotion, performance against plan
• Proactively engage and lead virtual team members through customer engagements
• Manage and Improve Planogram representation through performance reviews, recommendations, insights, positioning
• Manage KK Mart through cross-functional teams delivering value across the supply chain
• Focus on customer profitability vs. volume and expense measurements
• Other duties include marketing for new SKUs in the market
• Scout and measure top selling brands that caters to local taste and convenience
