• Domestic:from the market he has to source the candidate who wants to take technical training in skilled categories 
  
• Need to be in touch in villages,youth association,Ngos,from where he can get the interested candidate for the related training and as well job placement after training 
  
• Need to have convincing attitude to motivate the unemployed youths of today to get the skilled training 
  
• Willing to go for field visit 
  
• Coordinate with admin manager and update him his daily activity and reports  
  
• He should be energetic and self motivated
  

Qualification/ experience :

• Graduate /BBA ,Experience in marketing field
  

Note: Salary negotiable as per experience
