Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support brand visibility, channel marketing, promotional activities, POSM management, and market activation initiatives. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns, efficient utilization of company assets, and timely reporting of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns in different channels to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute brand initiatives effectively.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
Preparing activation and POSM distribution plan as per the commercial activities.
Ensure effective implementation of POSM at various channel programs by effective distribution from stores to dealer points and point of implementation.
Controlling and regulating the distribution of POSM store items to optimize the cost, expenditures and returns.
Identifying and usage of relevant POS and POP items as per the market/channel need and brand positioning ensuring high effectivity of each item in channels.
Collecting and reporting promotion activities of competitors periodically in respective regions.
Training commercial team as well as outsourced staff in coordination with Managers on proper usage of materials to gain high yield.
Assisting in selecting effective promotional items best suited for events and brand as per the market need.
Effective implementation and tracking of all valuable company assets (Coolers, vending machines heavy merchandising items, gates, slim lights, premium bar and restaurant visibility items etc.).
Preparing monthly report on POSM distribution, consumption, channel marketing company assets, channel activation events and best practices achieved in markets.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Management.
1-2 years of working experience in relevant field.
Strong communication & networking skills.
Strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing channels.
Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
