Roles and responsibilities of this job

A Brand Assistant supports the Brand Manager in developing, promoting, and maintaining the brand image of a company. The role involves assisting with marketing campaigns, market research, promotional activities, competitor analysis, and coordination with internal teams and external agencies to increase brand awareness and achieve business objectives.

Reports to: Brand Manager / Marketing Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in implementing brand strategies and ensuring consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Coordinate product promotions, events, exhibitions, product launches, and other brand activation activities.
Assist in managing social media content, online campaigns, and digital brand communications.
Assist in preparing brochures, banners, posters, product catalogs, presentations, and other promotional materials.
Help track marketing expenses, promotional budgets, and campaign costs.
Collect and analyze campaign data, sales reports, and customer feedback to evaluate brand performance.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, competitor updates, promotional results, and brand performance.
Maintain brand documents, campaign schedules, invoices, and other marketing records.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
Marketing Knowledge: Good understanding of brand advance, consumer behavior, market research, advertising, digital marketing, and trade marketing would be advance.
Creative, organized, and willing to support market visits, events, and brand activations.

Required Skills

Good understanding of FMCG marketing and brand management.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good project management and coordination skills.
Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
Knowledge of ATL, BTL, digital, and trade marketing.
Good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to work with multiple teams and external agencies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
