We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and support initiatives across both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Support client acquisition, retention, and relationship management with advertisers and agencies.
Identify and approach potential advertisers for print and digital media.
Promote advertising space across newspapers, magazines, websites, and digital platforms.
Negotiate advertising rates, placements, and campaign packages.
Follow up with prospects to close advertising deals.
Coordinate with internal marketing, design, and editorial teams to ensure successful campaign and ad execution.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on marketing and advertising performance.
Maintain and update marketing materials across print and digital channels.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in media sales, advertising, marketing, or related roles (media/publishing experience preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of print and digital advertising formats.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital marketing tools.
Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Ability to meet sales targets and perform effectively in a results-driven environment.
