Marketing Assistant

Location: Lalitpur

Qualification: Minimum plus 2

Must have a valid license and two wheeler

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify potential merchants.

- Initiate meetings and negotiate deals with merchants.

- Guide merchants through the on-boarding process.

- Communicate platform updates and marketing opportunities.

- Manage the incubation journey of new merchants.

- Train and onboard merchants for optimal performance.

- Collaborate with internal teams for sales involvement.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Meet monthly acquisition targets.

- Developing Marketing Strategies.

Job Specification

Ongoing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Completed or related field.
Experience in sales or business development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Ability to Work Independently and in a Team.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
Must have two wheeler and valid driving license.
