Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking proactive and energetic Market Representatives to manage field activities, build relationships with vendors/shops, and support business growth in assigned areas. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good local area knowledge, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect cash payments from assigned clients and members.
Support customers during Account Opening processes.
Conduct field visits to members (Savings + Loan follow-ups).
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
Report daily field activities to the supervisor.

Benefits:

Monthly salary as per provision of the cooperative,
Fuel allowance (for candidates with their own vehicle),

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Required Experience:

Minimum 1-year experience as a cooperative representative is preferred.
Temporary or permanent residence in working area is required

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of local market areas.
Ability to work independently and meet field targets.
Energetic, disciplined, and good at rapport building.
Honest, responsible, and hardworking personality.
Ability to work independently and manage field assignments.

Working Hours:

8:00 AM – 05:00 PM or as per the design of the cooperative.

Working Areas:

Kathmandu MC – 4, 6, and 8 Dhumbarahi, Chabahil, Gaushala -1 person
Kathmandu MC – 10, 11, and 31 Baneshwor, Thapathali, Koteshwor -1 person
Kathmandu MC – 13 and 14 Kalimati, Kuleshwor, Balkhu -1 person
