Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partner Relationship Officer to support the development, management, and growth of our global recruitment and institutional partner network. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with recruitment partners, educational consultants, and institutional stakeholders while ensuring excellent service delivery and partnership satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners and institutional stakeholders.
Support the onboarding and engagement of new business partners.
Coordinate communication between partners and educational institutions.
Provide timely support and information to partners regarding programs, admissions, and processes.
Monitor partner activities and maintain accurate records and reports.
Assist in organizing partner meetings, training sessions, and networking events.
Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and contribute to business growth.
Represent the company professionally in all partner interactions.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Outspoken, confident, and with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Friendly personality with the ability to build rapport easily.
Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory for travel requirements).
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
Prior experience in student recruitment, marketing, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
