  • Preference will be given to those who have excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Experienced candidates with ticketing experience of 7 yrs and above can apply
  • Advanced E-ticketing training from Abacus, Amadeus, Galileo
  • Should be helpful and encouraging towards his/ her working colleagues
  • Proven ability to work in a high pressured environment, with competing priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, pleasing personality
  • Proven experience in managing staff and the public in a customer service focused role

Job Description

  • Should be able to manage the ticketing procedures and system, build event, scheduling and supervising the ticketing staff, sales reporting, financial reconciliation, ensuring superior customer service
  • Should be exceptionally organized ticketing professional with demonstrated experience in subscription and multi-ticket purchasing environment, committed to teamwork with a very strong leadership skills
  • Should be able to promote business with sales & marketing
  • Full Time in professional ticketing department
  • Ensuring a superior standard of customer service is applied across the entire organization at all times
