Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a skilled Software Systems Engineer (Mid-Level Backend / Full-Stack Developer) to contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of scalable web and mobile software solutions. This role requires hands-on development, system optimization, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and RESTful APIs
Implement and optimize frontend components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Design, manage, and optimize databases using MySQL/MariaDB
Deploy, manage, and support applications using AWS cloud services
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Fix bugs, resolve production issues, and improve system reliability
Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to improve development productivity and workflows
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
Support system maintenance, updates, and documentation
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development
Minimum 2 months of practical experience using AI development tools
Strong proficiency in PHP and JavaScript (including Node.js)
Hands-on experience with MySQL/MariaDB database design and optimization
Experience working with AWS cloud services
Working knowledge of responsive web development and UI implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

High-traffic system management experience
Global service operation experience
Open-source contribution experience
Experience with additional cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
DevOps and monitoring tool expertise
