Other Specification
  • Minimum. 2-3 years work experience in any international firms such as INGo’s, International colleges and universities, diplomatic missions.
  • Candidates must have good communication in English, Nepali and Hindi languages.
  • Presentation, public speaking & negotiation capacity shall be part & parcel of this appointment.

 

Job Description

  • Planning and execution of International Relations Activities pertaining to the need of the association
  • Organize meetings with Universities, Colleges, Diplomatic Missions, Educational Charities on behalf of ECAN
  • Handle day to day correspondence with external agencies
  • Establish Mutual Relationship of ECAN with different Embassies and High Commissions
  • Organize training for ECAN members as per the instruction of respective departments of ECAN
  • Assist Foreign Affairs Department of ECAN to initiate meetings with different stake-holders
  • Co-ordinate meetings of ECAN with partner organizations like- partner banks, media, creative counterparts, alumni of different countries, NRNs etc.
  • Do any job as per the instructions of ECAN Executive Committee as and when needed.
  • Assist fellow staff of ECAN with daily activities.
