Job Description

Development of Goals for the Business and Formulation of Activations plan of the unit for achieving the same.
Development and implementation of initiatives and communication for the painting contractor and building contractor.
Managing a team of On roll and Off roll employees across the country responsible for activation program.
To take full responsibility of Manning, processes and output of the said group.
Support and build capabilities at local level for sales in influencer management.
Co-ordinate with sales and marketing teams to customize content and plan the activation calendar.
