Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Programmer to lead the design, development, and optimization of global-scale software services. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in system architecture, performance optimization, and mentoring team members while delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend and full-stack applications
Develop necessary programs and modules to support business and operational requirements
Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing systems to ensure stability and performance
Architect scalable systems for global service operations
Lead database design, optimization, and performance tuning using MySQL/MariaDB
Manage, configure, and optimize servers and AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
Analyze system and business data to improve application performance and decision-making
Fix bugs, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve production errors efficiently
Develop and optimize landing pages and frontend components with a focus on performance and UX
Extract, analyze, and generate marketing materials and insights through database analysis
Collaborate with frontend, design, and product teams to deliver responsive and user-friendly UI/UX
Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to improve development productivity and workflows
Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct code reviews
Participate in DevOps activities, deployments, monitoring, and system maintenance

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 8 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications in cloud computing, backend development, or AI integration preferred)
8–10 years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development with a minimum of 2 months of hands-on experience using AI development tools
Must work in a 3-shift system covering 24 hours.
Strong expertise in PHP and JavaScript (Node.js)
Advanced experience with MySQL/MariaDB database design and optimization
Proven experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure
Solid frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience working with high-traffic systems and global services

Preferred Qualifications:

High-traffic system management experience
Global service operation experience
Open-source contribution experience
Experience with additional cloud platforms (GCP, Azure)
DevOps and monitoring tool expertise
