Job Description

  • Lead and develop the maintenance team while acting as a leadership role model across the site.
  • Drive preventive and autonomous maintenance programs to optimize plant performance.
  • Prepare and manage the department’s annual OPEX budget; support CAPEX planning and execution.
  • Implement HR policies, manage performance, and ensure team alignment with business needs.
  • Actively contribute to site strategy, long-term development planning, and improvement projects.
  • Ensure effective delivery of 3rd-party services – on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
  • Own and manage maintenance KPIs – OEE, MTTR, MTBF, maintenance cost, etc.
  • Collaborate on new product development (NPD) and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage departmental systems, reporting, and standard meeting processes.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation to meet technical and operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain compliance with Group Maintenance and TPM standards.
  • Lead Lean and TPM-based continuous improvement efforts.
  • Develop and execute periodic maintenance plans.
