Finance Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial coordination, procurement processes, vendor management, and operational support across multiple business units, including hotel, restaurant, and club operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operational and administrative activities across the hotel, restaurant, and club operations.
• Manage procurement activities for operational supplies, equipment, materials, and business related requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth operational support.
• Collect quotations, evaluate pricing, negotiate commercial terms, and process purchasing requirements accordingly.
• Coordinate vendor agreements, maintenance activities, IT support services, and operational work assignments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of purchase invoices, vendor records, contracts and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding bill payments, approvals, and expense related documentation.
• Support audit and verification processes through proper review of purchase records, stock reports and payment documentation.
