We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our cross-border import operations in an e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics management, with a proven track record in managing international imports. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, as you will be working with global suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Border Import Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of cross-border import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, with a focus on reducing costs, improving delivery times, and enhancing overall efficiency.
Vendor and Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
Customs Compliance: Ensure all imported goods meet customs regulations, working closely with customs brokers and regulatory agencies to facilitate clearance processes.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure stock levels meet demand without incurring excess holding costs.
Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, freight companies, and other service providers to secure the best possible rates and service levels.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
E-commerce Coordination: Work closely with the e-commerce team to align logistics strategies with online sales targets and promotional campaigns.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to import logistics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve logistics processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree , Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on cross-border imports in the e-commerce sector.
Age: Age 28 and below.

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
