  • A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach.         
  • Bachelors and above in any discipline with minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics. 
  • Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management .      
  • Knowledge of Process improvement of logistics 
  • Design proper plan and execute them.  
  • Proficient in MS Office and  good knowledge in excel .    
  • Knowledge of data analysis.      
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.             
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills      
  • Should be able to work under High pressure and during odd hours.             
  • Proven ability to work cross- functionally.           
  • Mature, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.       
  • Own vehicle will be preferred.

Job Description

  • Report to Manager on Daily Basis.          
  • Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines           
  • Organizing warehouses, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.        
  • Design and manage Chain Management requests, approval and tracking process.            
  • Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries           
  • Conduct stock management efficiently and regular update of stock in stock ledger.
  • Design and run quarterly reports ;data integrity and accuracy within the system.         
  • Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates    
  • Record the product and price in the system,GRN.            
  • Input price of the product with coordination of procurement department.     
  • Monitoring bills and quantity reconciliation report generated through warehouse.     
  • Continuously flow the Re-order point to various departments like procurement and finance department. 
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people.    
  • Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations     
  • Good team work , self-motivated, willing to work on the timeline and self driven.
