Requirements: 

• At least 10 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance of A320 family
• CAAN AMT Liscense or equivalent

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining acceptable airworthliness, safety and performance standards in H9 aircraft fleet of A319 & A320
• To ensure that aircraft maintenance is in compliance with the requirements of NCAR-145
• Train technicians in A319, A320 aircraft maintenance, SMS, human factor etc
• Accomplishment of production, maintenance and inspection tasks as delegated by optium use of manpower and resources in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
• Assist Director of M and E in H9 A330 fleet expansion
• Implementing procedures for Line Maintenance, Ground Service Equipment, Maintenance Sub-base and Line Stations with regards to manpower/ man-hour, tools and equipment planning
• Ensuring that maintenance personnel are using properly maintained and calibrated equipment and tools
• Exercising his license/approval in his inspection for productive work task and upholding the terms of his authorization required by the Organization Quality Assurance Department
