Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced legal advisor who is responsible for providing legal assistance and advice for the organization.

Job Description

Provides advice and counsel to executives on legal matters (labor law, partnerships, corporate finance, etc.)
Conducts timely legal analysis and research legal matters.
Should involve in drafting legal opinions, memorandum, agreement paper, and briefing documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
Review internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
Prepare formalities regarding the settlement of disputes and monitor the implementation of the legal clauses.
Provide support, assist, and guide management in understanding legal and contractual risks and mitigating those risks.
Instructing and supervising external solicitors in litigation and other legal matters concerning the business

Other Specification

Master’s degree in law.
More than 5 years’ experience in the legal practices.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and should cope within a competitive and dynamic environment.
Flexible to work long hours when needed.
