About the organization
Hongshi Shivam Cement Private Limited is a large scale cement enterprise jointly invested by Hongshi Holding Group of China and Shivam Holding of Nepal located at Sarde Village, Nawalparasi District, Lumbini Zone,Nepal. It is planned to construct a new dry process cement clinker production line of 6000 tons per day capacity with 12MW low temperature residual heat co-generation system by adopting advance equipment, leading technology and environmental protection.
By the completion of the mega project, more than 500 direct employment and more than 1000 indirect employment posts will be generated for offering a vast career development plate form. Currently there are more 100 Nepalese employees working together with Chinese employee in Hongshi Shivam, aiming to achieve the final completion of the project. Such international working dynamic provides valuable opportunities to acquire better personal improvement and experience highlights. In addition, Hongshi Shivam offers international training opportunities. By the end of 2017, Hongshi Shivam has sent two batches (in total more than 60 personnel) of Nepalese employee to its sister company and head office in China for skill training.
