Job Description

Identify market opportunities in different industry verticals
Generate, maintain, and increase business opportunities with new and existing merchants
Develop proposals for company product/service as per the requirement
Formulate marketing and sales plan and facilitate execution of strategy
Undertake competitor analysis and assist in formulating new business strategies to approach merchants
Maintain a proper database of leads in company CRM
Identify and analyze market information and provide feedback to the supervisor
Develop quarterly action plans for process starting from lead generation to conversion
Coordinate with Merchant Operation team on a daily basis to onboard merchants for deal closing as per Standard Operating Procedure
Contribute to the betterment of Merchant Team, Culture and Values development
