Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Reporting to: Manager, Purchase Section

Collect quotations through suppliers
Prepare daily update of purchase order and report weekly to the purchase chief
Prepare comparative chart of quotation
Prepare draft of purchase order and email to the suppliers
Follow up the purchase order
Purchase materials from local market as per the instruction of purchase chief
Fill up the bank form and maintain record for India’s suppliers
Update purchase register
Prepare annual evaluation report of the main suppliers and submit to the purchase chief
Follow other instructions of the purchase chief

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

B.B.A or B.B.S form recognized university
Minimum 1-year experience in t Purchasing field is preferred
Should have Computer operation skill
Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role
Good understanding of supply chain procedures
Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. Procurify or SpendMap)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
