Job Description

  • Understand the HR requirements of Clients through system and conduct initial screening of the job seekers according to the requirement
  • Screen, interview and prepare pool of jobseekers in order to meet present and future requirements
  • Coordinate with the team members through the process and develop innovative ideas to meet the client’s requirement in a short period time
  • Monitor day to day demand and supply process, facilitate each team members to match the demand in time
  • Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement
  • Prepare strategies and planning to seek the job seekers and employers for business opportunities
  • Perform all the activities as assigned by the concerned authority
