As a Java Engineer, you will be essential in designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications. Collaborative growth, continuous learning, and building lasting relationships are at the core of our ethos.

Responsibilities

Design and Development: Collaborate to design and develop scalable Java applications using OOPS, DSA, Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, REST, MySQL, MongoDB, Linux, AWS, and more.
Code Quality Assurance: Ensure code standards through reviews, automated testing, including Unit and Integration Testing with Mokito, and continuous integration.
Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support for applications, including bug fixes and enhancements.
Collaboration and Communication: Actively collaborate and communicate with various teams, including using tools like Swagger and Postman.
Mentoring: Act as a mentor for junior engineers, fostering a nurturing and learning environment.
Innovation Contribution: Innovate and optimize processes and product features.

Quality Delivery: Ensure timely development and delivery of quality software products.
Collaborative Teamwork: Foster effective collaboration within the team and across departments.
Continuous Learning: Enhance technical skills in alignment with industry trends and company objectives.
Client Satisfaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent support and communication.
Mentoring Juniors: Act as a role model and guide for junior engineers, enhancing their skillsets and contributing to a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications

Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in Java development.

Skills

Strong understanding of OOPS, DSA, Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, REST.
Proficiency in tools like Swagger, Postman, IntelliJ.
Experience in Unit and Integration Testing, Mockito.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS.
Strong problem-solving abilities, good communication skills.
Experience in Linux/MAC environments.
Personal Traits: Problem solver with excellent communication skills.
