Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support and Marketing Executive to handle customer inquiries, manage telecalling activities, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will engage with customers through calls and digital platforms, ensure excellent service, and contribute to promotional efforts and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other platforms.
Conduct outbound and inbound telecalling to promote products, follow up on leads, and support sales activities.
Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support online and offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Manage social media interactions, including responding to messages and comments.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
Maintain records of customer interactions, calls, and feedback.
Assist in content creation and promotional messaging.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and convincing skills, especially over the phone.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Experience in customer support, telecalling, or marketing roles.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
