Job Description

  • Provide technical support to Development and Production department as well as to external client who uses our software
  • Perform alpha and beta testing of software in development and production environment
  • Perform alpha and beta testing of  LMS courses in development and production environment
  • Report to respective development and production manager
  • Co-ordinate with foreign clients to have their software and system related problem solved
  • Co-ordinate with Support Lead for planning and processing
