Roles and responsibilities of this job
We are looking for a highly driven Investment Analyst to support fundraising and deployment initiatives from investors (global + local). The role requires strong analytical capabilities, report writing, financial modeling skills, and the ability to create compelling investor materials. This position will play a critical role in developing pitch decks, business proposals documents, financial models, investment proposals, and due diligence reports to support capital raising and strategic finance decision-making.
Note: In the earlier stage (Phase I), the role will primarily focus on research and analytics, and further (Phase II) he/she will be involved in the fund management and investment process, upon the materialization. Alongside, the candidate will gain exposure to working with startups in an emerging sector such as clean energy, carbon markets, AI, and others. They will receive strong mentorship while collaborating closely with dynamic team of young and experienced professionals
Key Responsibilities
Phase I:
For the initial period, he/she will be handling the below responsibilities.
Fundraising & Investor Materials
Market Research & Analysis
Data handling and reporting
Phase II: After the materialization, he/she will be working in various investment process (from deal sourcing to execution process to post investment works)
Financial Modeling & Valuation
Due Diligence Support
