Finance Manager (CA)

We are looking for an ambitious, AI-fluent Finance Manager (CA) who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, loves solving complex client problems, and is hungry to grow with us. 

As a Finance Manager at KBC, you will be a trusted advisor to multiple clients simultaneously, managing their financial health, ensuring compliance, and delivering strategic insights that drive real business decisions. This is not a minimal back office role. You will be client-facing, cross-functional, and expected to lead engagements from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end financial reporting, compliance, and advisory services for a portfolio of multiple clients across industries
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, solving their queries and delivering proactive financial guidance
• Conduct deep financial analysis, business diagnostics, and research to inform strategic recommendations
• Lead tax planning, and regulatory compliance engagements with accuracy and timeliness
• Identify risks and opportunities in client businesses and present actionable solutions
• Leverage AI tools and modern financial technologies to enhance efficiency and insight quality
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building KBC's internal knowledge base
• Collaborate with founders, directors, lawyers and different stakeholders to align financial strategy with business goals
• Handle high-pressure deadlines across multiple engagements without compromising on quality
