Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Inventory Officer to join our team. This is a mid-level position where the chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and track inventory levels for all products carried by Hukut Store.
Conduct routine inventory checks and reconcile any discrepancies.
Update and maintain inventory records using appropriate software or systems.
Ensure timely and accurate restocking of products to avoid backorders.
Coordinate with purchasing department to place orders and maintain stock levels.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Efficiently manage inventory storage space and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses or damages.
Generate inventory reports and provide analysis to management.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
Train and supervise junior inventory staff to ensure proper handling and storage of products.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Proven experience as an Inventory Officer.
Good understanding of inventory management principles and procedures.
Proficient in using inventory software or systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
