Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly competent, energetic, and self-motivated Inventory Manager to oversee and manage the company’s inventory operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring proper inventory control procedures, coordinating with procurement and sales departments, and optimizing warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and stock monitoring.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of stock movement.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams for timely replenishment.
Conduct regular physical stock counts, audits, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage and handling of medical equipment and consumables according to company standards.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth product flow and delivery.
Implement inventory control systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare inventory reports, stock analysis, and management updates.
Monitor expiry dates, damaged goods, and slow-moving inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory management practices.
Optimize warehouse organization and space utilization.
Supervise inventory and warehouse staff and ensure efficient team performance.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in inventory management, warehouse management, or supply chain operations preferred.
Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related inventory management will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management practices.
Proficiency in inventory software, MS Excel, and computer applications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
