Inventory and Accounts Officer

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory and Accounts Officer to manage inventory records and daily accounting activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, maintain financial records, and support the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inventory, stock receiving, and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor product availability and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Handle cashier responsibilities, including billing, cash handling, and digital transactions.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial and inventory records.
• Support audits and other finance-related tasks
• Assist customers with product information and provide excellent service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
