Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handling phone calls.
Handle sales, purchases, receipts, payments and expense entries.
Handling preparation and issuance of sales bills.
Organize and update files, records, and office documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions including, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statement and general ledger entries.
Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner.
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Accounting software.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.

Working Time: 10:00 AM to 5.00 PM
