Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated Accountant / Cashier to handle day-to-day accounting activities and cash transactions. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good numerical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily cash transactions, receipts, and payments.
Maintain cashbooks, ledgers, and other financial records.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
Record daily financial transactions accurately.
Manage cash collection, payments, and petty cash.
Assist with bank deposits and bank reconciliation.
Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare daily cash reports and assist in financial reporting.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Support other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or cashier-related roles.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel will be preferred.
Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities efficiently.

Note : Must possess a two-wheeler (motorbike/scooter) with a valid driving license.
