Good leadership and supervision skill
Should be skilled on Cash management (e.g. bank account reconciliations, management of funds transfers to and from accounts), Financial reporting (e.g. monthly management reports), Budget maintenance (e.g. tracking actual), Accounts administration (e.g. monitoring of payments, periodical reconciliations)
Should have good knowledge of Accounting software (Tally, Busy or other)
Should have knowledge of VAT and TAX system as per policies of Govt. of Nepal
Should have knowledge of MS office package
Should be result oriented, and self motivated
Ability to work under pressure situation
Must have good computer skills

Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline
Establish risk-based audit programs
Determine scope of review in conjunction with the CA
Review the suitability of internal control design
Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk
Determine compliance with policies and procedures
Verbally communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area
Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Systems knowledge and familiarity
Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
