Antenna Foundation Nepal (AFN) is an independent, non-governmental and non-profit making organization working in media development since 2002. AFN mainly focuses on production of innovative and distinctive Social and Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC) programs for Radio, TV, Online and Social media.
AFN has been providing comprehensive, innovative media interventions, through radio and television programs to raise public awareness, sensitize governments for policy formation and reformation, promotes behavioral change for social transformation, and support media advocacy.
Research and Development, Capacity Building, Quality Content Production and Distribution and Interactivity and Dialogue are major approaches that AFN utilizes to achieve the goal of AFN. To this end, Live Radio talks show, Radio Magazine, Soap Opera , Mini-drama , Docu-drama, Audio Visual Public Service Announcement (PSA), TV documentary and Serials, IEC materials production & distribution, Content Analysis, Audience Survey, Mobile, IVR, SMS and Capacity Building of Media professionals by customized training and exposure visits are key tools of AFN.
