Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a professional, presentable, and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations, provide reception and administrative support, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners in a warm and professional manner
Manage visitor registration, issue visitor badges, and maintain reception logs
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate departments
Support meeting services: prepare meeting rooms, coordinate refreshments, and assist with meeting arrangements
Act as a communication bridge between different departments to ensure smooth internal coordination
Provide basic guidance and escort services to visitors and guests
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area
Assist with office administrative tasks as required, including document handling and appointment scheduling
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
