Raiden Energy is looking for a smart, confident, and well-communicating Sales Assistant to join our growing EV charging infrastructure company.

This is an office-based sales support role, ideal for a candidate who is comfortable talking with customers on phone calls, responding to social media inquiries, maintaining customer data, and supporting the sales team in daily follow-up activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, making cold calls to potential customers, collecting customer information, updating sales records, and helping the company convert leads into real business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Calling & Follow-Up: Make phone calls to potential customers, follow up with interested leads, explain comapany products, and connect serious inquiries with the sales team.
Social Media Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer messages from Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
Lead Generation & Data Collection: Collect customer details, contact numbers, business information, location, requirements, and purchase interest through phone calls, online inquiries, and research.
CRM & Record Management: Update customer information, call status, follow-up dates, remarks, and lead progress in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or company sales dashboard.
Sales Team Support: Coordinate with the field sales team, share qualified leads, schedule follow-ups, and support the team with customer communication.
Product Communication: Explain basic information about EV chargers, charging station investment, company services, and customer benefits after proper internal training.
Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily call reports, inquiry reports, customer lists, and follow-up updates for the management and sales team.

Other Specification

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, telecalling, front desk, social media handling, or office coordination is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and confidence may also apply.
Education: Bachelor’s degree running or completed in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: The candidate should have a polite, confident, and professional communication style. She must be comfortable making phone calls, speaking with customers, following up with leads, and responding to inquiries in a clear and respectful manner.
Customer Handling: Must be able to handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms. The candidate should know how to respond politely, collect customer requirements, and forward serious leads to the sales team.
Computer & Office Skills: Should be comfortable using basic computer tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, email, WhatsApp Web, and social media inbox management. Good typing speed and proper data entry skills will be an added advantage.
Lead Management: Must be able to collect customer details, maintain lead records, update follow-up status, prepare customer lists, and keep sales data organized in company systems.
Product Learning Ability: The candidate should be willing to learn about EV chargers, charging station investment, solar products, batteries, and clean energy solutions so she can explain basic information to customers after training.
Personal Attributes: We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, soft-spoken, confident, disciplined, and proactive. The candidate should be able to manage daily calls, follow-ups, customer messages, and reporting without constant supervision.
Preferred Profile: Candidate with strong phone communication, good personality, basic computer knowledge, and interest in sales/customer relationship work will be highly preferred.
