Job Description

  • Achieve the target set by the management or propose it for future forecast.
  • Responsible for institutional sales & marketing activities and especially bid bonds published from different company/institutions/ NGos etc.
  • Coordinate/facilitate to the Sales team, visit customers, banks and other officers for collection of dues, outstanding & credit facilities against sales.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records maintenances regarding all aspects of customer contacts, follow ups, test drives, customer calls.
  • Discuss with the customers on the documentation requirement for the financing and ensure that these are submitted along with the applications.
  • Follow up with the banks and finance institutions for the timely processing of the loans & collection of receivables.
  • Arrange for timely name transfer of the vehicle to the customers.
  • Collect related data from the various sources, assimilate, analyze & employ for sales planning
  • Generate necessary reports on all aspects like sales, marketing, trends and customer preferences and competitor's activities etc.
  • Prepare action plan and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Identify institutional sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current institutional client and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Develop and implement special institutional sales activities to reduce stock.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and tele-marketing events.
  • Resolve all kinds of customer related problems and coordinate with the Department heads.
