Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Institution Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling to institutions and a passion for building relationships with key stakeholders. This involves researching and understanding the requirements and specifications of government tenders, coordinating with internal teams to develop competitive proposals, and submitting bids that meet all necessary deadlines and requirements. Overall, the Government Tender Bidder plays a critical role in expanding their organization's presence in the government sector and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and respond to government tenders and proposals in order to secure new business for governmental organization
  • Researching and understanding the requirements and specifications of government tenders or other institutional tenders, coordinating with internal teams to develop competitive proposals, and submitting bids that meet all necessary deadlines and requirements
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the institutional segment
  • responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with government agencies and decision-makers, as well as tracking and analyzing government procurement trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within institutional clients, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers
  • Conduct regular meetings with institutional clients to understand their needs and to promote the company's products and services
  • Identify new business opportunities and leads within the institutional segment and continuously grow the sales pipeline
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to institutional clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with institutional clients in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports to track progress and performance

Note: All the duties are responsible may be changed according to the need of the department. Department Heads will be supervised and train as per the need.
