Position Title: HR Officer 

Location: Balaju, Kathmandu

Reports To: Hospital Manager

Position Overview:

HR Officer will be responsible overseeing the daily HR operations of the hospital. The HR Officer is responsible for managing documentation, preparing letters, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations. This role supports the HR department in maintaining efficient and effective operations, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary records.
  • Draft and prepare various HR-related letters, including employment offers, termination notices, promotion announcements, and other official communications.
  • Ensure all letters and communications are accurate, professional, and comply with hospital policies and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager/Director for approval and dissemination of official documents.
  • Provide assistance to employees with HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Support new hires with onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3years of experience in Human Resource, priority will be in hospital, clinics or medical sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both Nepali and English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary range: 30-35K
