Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Officer to manage and verify student documentation for overseas education applications. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, authenticity, and proper management of documents while supporting students and counselors throughout the application and admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity.
Be responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging and retrieving as required.
Be responsible for the document’s security, for assigning access and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
Coordinate with Counselor or Team Leader regarding the processing and counselling guidance.
Guide the students/applicants for proper documentation & Pre CAS interview preparations.
Guide the students for Pre-departure information etc.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in documentation, administration, or education consultancy is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in English and Nepali.
Ability to manage confidential documents responsibly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
