Our client is a leading global Pharmaceutical company dedicated to developing and delivering life-saving vaccines that prevent diseases detrimental to human health. We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join their team within the APAC region.


In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting their mission by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent within the APAC region, specifically focused on their Vaccines division. You will be a strategic partner to our leadership team, ensuring they have the right people in place to advance their lifesaving work.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment process for all positions across APAC, ensuring they attract top talent aligned with company culture and values.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies specific to the APAC region.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop HR strategies to support them.
  • Provide ongoing HR support to employees on various matters, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices in the APAC region.
  • Champion DE&I initiatives within the Vaccines division and across the APAC region.
About You:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a multinational or pharmaceutical company.
  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding for a geographically dispersed workforce.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and regulations across various APAC countries.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other APAC language (highly desirable).
  • Strong commitment to DE&I principles.
