Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Routine tasks related to Human Resource and Administration
Handling the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company
Orientation of employees
Carrying out routine tasks related to human resources and administration such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling, ID card and visiting card printing, etc.
Handling performance management of the staff
Develop performance plans for the employees
Suggesting the management on things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
Prepare selection criteria and instruments for each position
Develop supervision and progress reporting plans
Any other HR related matters that may arise

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor Degree or above in human resources, administrative management or other related majors;
Have more than 3-year experience as a HR, especially work in Engineering project.
Proficient in using various office software, human resource management, administrative management and legal knowledge related to labor relations;
Have good communication and coordination skills, planning and promotion skills, and strong teamwork spirit;
