We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resource operations, labor compliance, and Social Security Fund (SSF) procedures. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage HR functions efficiently, and a proactive approach to supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
Process and manage all Social Security Fund (SSF) registrations, contributions, claims, and compliance.
Ensure compliance with Nepal Labor Act and other applicable labor regulations.
Support payroll preparation by coordinating employee-related information.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee records.
Lead HR initiatives and provide guidance to junior staff when required.

Job Specification

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Thorough knowledge of Social Security Fund (SSF) processes and labor law compliance.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Rotten produce at the farms and produce destroyed by the farmers due to lack of the market and lower prices offered to the farmer are the regular news. The local fresh produce lacks access to the market while the country imports to the tune of billions. The so-called middleman sets markups in multiple, causing the household to pay more. We imagine changing this paradigm of suffering by both the Local farmers and the Households.

Mero Kishan, with the use of cutting-edge technology, provides the digital and physical platform to both the farmers to sale their fresh produce and the households to buy at a reasonable price.
