Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resource and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle HR functions while ensuring smooth office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Support employee engagement, performance management, and training activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Handle office administration, inventory, and procurement of office supplies.
Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient administrative support.
Manage correspondence, filing systems, and official documentation.
Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain administrative records.
Assist management with HR and administrative projects as required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Good knowledge of Nepal Labor Act and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
