Job Type: Permanent (Onsite)

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling the overall recruitment process
• Dealing with recruitment responses, contacting applicants, arranging interviews, conducting interviews
• Updating and handing out all the contracts, offer letters, and other documents of employment
• Dealing with resignations and exit interviews
• Letters for promotions or changes to roles for all employees and salary changes 
• Other roles as per senior’s guidance

Requirements

• Excellent in Microsoft Office package
• Good communication skills in English and Nepali is the most
• Strong management and coordination skills
• Self-motivated, dedicated, naturally curious
• Bachelor’s In management or related degree
• Experience in related fields will be a plus 
• Freshers are encouraged to apply and immediate joiner will get priority
