About the job

NDS seeks a skilled and dedicated HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an HR coordinator, you will be managing and hiring the technical manpower. If you have a passion for working with an International IT Company, we invite you to apply and contribute to our team.

Job Type: Permanent (Onsite)

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling the overall recruitment process
Dealing with recruitment responses, contacting applicants, arranging interviews, conducting interviews
Updating and handing out all the contracts, offer letters, and other documents of employment
Dealing with resignations and exit interviews
Letters for promotions or changes to roles for all employees and salary changes
Other roles as per senior’s guidance

Requirements

Excellent in Microsoft Office package
Good communication skills in English and Nepali is the most
Strong management and coordination skills
Self-motivated, dedicated, naturally curious
Bachelor’s In management or related degree
Experience in related fields will be a plus
Freshers are encouraged to apply and immediate joiner will get priority
