  • Accurate and timely performance of payroll functions.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional working relations with applicants, visitors, callers, and business professionals.
  • Developing and maintaining effective communication, coordination  and working relations with employees and management.
  • Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
  • Company mails and other. 
  • Excellent knowledge of human resources including recruitment & selection, hiring, compensation & benefits, staff appraisal cycle, employees well being, training & development.
  • Experience in the IT industry is a big plus.
  • Able to deal handle sensitive information and to communicate tactfully.
