Job Description

We are currently seeking an exceptional and dynamic team member to join our Human Resource Department. If you possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong leadership aptitude, we invite you to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new employees, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Recruit and onboard organizational and individual service vendors, analyzing their requirements, overseeing quality of service and ensuring smooth service delivery process
  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and leave records.
  • Manage benefits, including enrolling employees in Social Security funds, Travel Expenses, and other benefits.
  • Handle employee grievances, including investigating complaints and resolving disputes.
  • Manage employee facilities, including office space, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
  • Handle and record office assets, including tracking inventory and ensuring that assets are properly maintained.
  • Conduct events and employee engagement activities, such as team-building exercises and recreational events

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Management (Specialization in Human Resource Field is preferred) 
  • Minimum 6 months of progressive experience in administrative work (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
  • Keen interest in Human Resource and Administration Field
  • Candidates with Vehicle License will be preferred
