Job Description

General Information:

Responsible for providing HR administration and employee data management services to clients. Manages and processes employee records and information within the system. Performs routine data audits and ensures employee data are up-to-date and accurate. Also engages in back-office and transaction services such as performance management records, leave and exit administration. An Entry Professional (P1) applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency: Work is closely supervised. Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.

Your Responsibilities:

Performs day-to-day processing of HR requests related to one or more service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Integrated Talent, Global Mobility, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, People Analytics and HRIS) for an assigned group of employees handling also complex and escalated tasks. Ensures appropriate support for internal customers and delivers accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and assures that quality controls like e.g. the 4-eye-check are carried out.

Key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:

  • Service Delivery - Execute and deliver assigned HR Services according to defined service level agreement(s). Handles complex/escalated tasks.
  • Data Entry & Documentation – Maintains a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. Provides on-demand reports related to the process when required.  Regular update of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and WI (Work Instructions) as appropriate.
  • Payroll - Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to manage and liaise with Payroll Managed Service partner for weekly and monthly payroll; manage pre & post payroll activities; check master data in ensuring the data integrity i.e. accurate and correct; ensure correct payment of entitlements in accordance to agreement and policies; process month end accruals, post journals, payroll reconciliations.
  • HR Time - SPOC to support HR Time-related activities, interface, updates and queries
  • Support Service - Deliver HR Service support to the HR community, managers and employees. This includes: on-boarding and off-boarding administrations, employees’ P-filling and HR records management, administrate local ServiceNow tickets and ensure timely closure of tickets, any other task/assignment given from time to time.
  • HR Process Control – Perform regular quality check on master data, time system and payroll in accordance to global guidelines.
  • Process optimization – Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers. Leads some process improvement activities and participates in various quality control and audit activities.
  • Special programs - Recommends, develops, and assists in implementation of special programs in area of functional specialty. Supports HR cross-functional initiatives in area of functional responsibility.
  • Adhoc Projects – Required to support project or assignments initiated by Global, if any
